I am David Elias representing an online SPORTS HALL OF FAME. We wish to engage your participation in nominating to us athletes in lesser known, laid back sports, in and around Illinois. We are seeking stories, Nominations to our Hall Of Fame, outstanding performances for a single performance, a game, season, and/or career performance in any of the the below sports.
We are interested in your memories, substantiated by good research certified evidence, including written Provenance of athletes, reporters and others who covered or witnessed Semi-Professional, Park League, Independent Sandlot, Intramural, YMCA and Professional Mid-West Independent Traveling League Players who live or lived in Illinois in the following sports: In Baseball: Softball, Including 16", 14" and 12". Hard Ball, Hard Plastic Ball (Not Wiffle Balls), Basketball, Variations of Flicker-Ball/Gaelic-Ball, Swimming feats by Illinois residents whether established in or out of the state.
